Cabinetry
All cabinetry is custom built to your specification and we can tailor the design to best suit the space. Today’s modern kitchens incorporate sleek design utilising features such as pot draws. Replacing cupboards with drawers provides a modern look and better utilisation of space. Other features can include soft close hinges and drawers, interior baskets, cutlery inserts as well as your choice of kick panels from; tiled, stainless steel, mirror or matching 2pak. Your cabinetry can be finished in laminex or 2pak paint. 2pak allows you to choose any colour from any paint range enabling total customisation and personalisation.
Benchtops
When choosing your benchtop you have a choice of (post formed) laminate finish or stone finish. Laminate provides a lower cost option and is suitable if you are looking to achieve a new kitchen on a low budget. Our team carry a range of laminex samples to help you choose your colour combination. Man Made Stone is manufactured using the patented Breton process which is renowned worldwide and contains more than 93% natural quartz, 7 % combined bonding agent, special additives and pigments. The product is extremely hard wearing, practical and highly versatile. Natural Stone (granite, marble, limestone, travertine and onyx) is a more expensive option and commonly used in luxury finish kitchens. With natural stone the end result is subject to the slab that has been selected and whilst an exclusive product maintenance can be slightly higher.
Splashbacks
Splashback’s allow you to personalise the finish of your kitchen. You can choose from glass, mirror, stone, matching tile or feature tile. Your choice is limitless. During consultation our team will explore the options with you. Splashbacks can define the kitchen to provide a standout feature or be as subtle as you require.
Appliances
AMS Property Renovations have an established relationship with Ilvy providers of high-end Italian kitchen appliances. We can source your appliances at a discounted rate which means you will save up to 50% of RRP. If our appliance package isn’t for you, then we are happy to accomodate your preferred brands or you can purchase direct
Accessories
To finish off your new kitchen we recommend fitting quality accessories. AMS will assign a budget for you to select taps, sinks etc. Our consultant will discuss your requirements with you.
Flooring
To complement your new kitchen our flooring choices allow you to choose from tiles, solid timber or vinyl finishes including the on-trend plank style finish. Generally flooring is a continuation that leads into the rest of your home.
