This job was a job that nightmares are made of. This property, a rental property, suffered from extreme roof damages in one of our SEQ storms. The pictures don’t tell you that when we came out to rectify the areas, the ceiling literally fell down. As a team, we all jumped on this one as quickly as we possibly could – electricians, carpenters, plasterers and painters – it was a team effort to get this back to being “normal” again. Long story short, the tenants now have no roof leaks, no “feature” black plastic ceilings, no holes and are all safe, warm and sound.
