This one was small, but it had huge ramifications. Our Clients elderly mother was moving in with them and the bathroom renovation / upgrade needed to be completed to a very specific scope to meet her needs and requirements. Bath tub was to be removed and converted to an open showering area, with no hob and needed extra supports in the walls and ceilings to accommodate rails and fittings. To create a shower area isn’t normally a tough ask, but to the unadvised you MUST create fall so that water can run off back into a drain (and not go absolutely everywhere). In order to achieve this in this particular shower area and bathroom, meant all the flooring in the bathroom had to come up in order to create fall back into the floor waste.
