Having lived in this property for many many years, the Customer knew of all the niggles, aches and pains of the tired house. Having moved into a brand new apartment for a bit of city living, the owners wanted to breathe some life into the whole house and give it a simple yet timeless overhaul. So, with almost all selections offered by AMS locked in, the Customer handed over the keys and left us to it. Demo day – the flooring throughout came up/out, cabinetry removed, walls came down and layouts changed. The kitchen, ensuite, bathroom and laundry all came out as well as the old original HWS. This renovation was about offering longevity by upgrading the necessary and selecting long lasting, quality items to freshen everything up.
