Full interior paint, full exterior paint, tidied the lawns and gardens, re grouted the shower area, re silicone sealed the bath tub, repaired the sliding doors, replaced the shower mixer and shower head, replaced the carpet in the bedroom and scrubbed everything from top to bottom (even did the air conditioner and oven).
