2019 started off with a bang for the team. With all the hard work putting in all the extras and detail into our quotation to the Customer, we finally managed to sign off on Revision E and get contracts etc done in 2018. This job was not one for the faint hearted. It involved digging a 12 metre trench, full re wiring, all new plumbing, new termite barriers, raising the floor level, building 3 new areas within the old garage, insulating, new sliding doors to the back patio, new windows to the front where the garage door was removed, bricking the exterior to match the existing house… The list simply goes on and on. What the Customer has now, is a beautiful new bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, a new kitchen with eurostyle laundry and a new living area – and to top it off – all new concrete paths and patio for long term easier use. We simply could not be more proud of the efforts our entire team have gone to on this job to ensure that we have given the Customer everything they asked for and more.
