This husband and wife team knew exactly what they wanted, having previously renovated in Melbourne they experienced a few “dos” and “do nots”. The idea was simple enough, but the job itself meant making a lot of alterations… We had to create another ensuite for their daughter, but reducing the size of the existing master ensuite. We also had to make what was a separate bathroom / powder room and convert it to a jack-and-jill bathroom whilst accommodating some very strange angles of the existing structure. This job required a lot of close work and extra communication between our trades, so that we could ensure that best layout possible for all 3 areas, including moving plumbing pipework, walls and wardrobes. We loved the challenge and we know that the Customer loved the final design changes. It’s easy to see on a job like this how picking one item or area in each bathroom ensure that a feature is not too overpowering, whether it be from a feature tile, or a feature bath tub or feature lighting. We were genuinely excited to hand this job back to the clients before they went away on holiday and we know that they will be AMS Customers for life.
