We met with these clients many times before commencing the project which was extremely beneficial to both parties. The attention to detail was paramount on this job with installations of top-of-the-range fittings and fixtures throughout the property, in particular in the bathroom. On this job, AMS included all the little details within the quotation to ensure the clients wishes such as: frosted glass cavity sliding door, LED strip lighting on the underside of mirrored cabinet, custom built shower seat finished in matching Quartz stone, niche in shower wall to accommodate tall bottle heights, frameless shower panel to be mounted on vanity stone gable end, Zip tap to be installed top left hand corner of sink etc etc. The clients wanted to ensure that everything was factored into the project, to eliminate those “hidden extras” that most other companies charge for and AMS came through as per quote, as per QBCC Contract, on time and on budget.
