Living interstate, this client put all their trust and faith in AMS to deliver. With only 1 meeting at the property with the client, AMS ensured that all bases were covered in writing and that the communication channels were left right open. There was one item in particular on this project that stood out from the rest, of which both the client and AMS went above and beyond on, and that was the floor tile. Imported from Italy, the timber look, 1200mm plank style tile was a luxury item that was a “must have”. From shipping it internationally, then transporting it interstate, to hand unpacking it box-by-box, then hand carrying it from the lobby, into the lift and up 28 floors just to get it to the apartment. As you can see from the pictures, it was all worth it in the end. Furthermore, there were even more luxurious choices made for this project, such as recessed ceiling mounted rain shower, solid timber blackbutt open wall shelves, LED strip lighting underneath the island benchtop, continuous wall feature and much much more. Needless to say the client was over the moon with the end result and emailed our team to pass on their gratitude.
