This client had renovated many properties before and knew exactly what they wanted. AMS were provided with an overall finished scheme to achieve and the turn-around time was fixed, with very little room for delays etc. With specifications already set, AMS got straight into the renovation with a hiss and a roar. The main bathroom had plumbing alterations from one side to the other, which when working on a high rise building requires authority from the Body Corporate. The kitchen had walls removed to open it up in two directions, one of which allowed a view to the amazing Currumbin beachfront and the other gave the client an entire wall to provide a custom pantry. This job also included getting rid of archways, constructing bulkheads and making air conditioning units “disappear”. With no margin for error, this job came in bang on time with a happy Body Corporate and an even happier client.
